1. How do I track my order?
You can track your order using our Track Your Order page.
Simply enter your tracking number to get real-time updates on your shipment’s status.
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will also be sent to your email.
2. What payment methods do you accept?

5. Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?
Unfortunately, only one discount or promotion code can be used per order unless otherwise specified.
This helps ensure that all customers receive fair pricing and consistent offers.
6. What should I do if I have missing items in my order?

7. Are there any exchange rates?
All transactions on Umatoll.shop are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
If your credit card is based in another currency, the order total will be converted according to the daily exchange rate determined by your card issuer.
8. How do I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery.
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing it.
⚠️ Important Notes:
. Cancellations made after the 1-hour window may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.
. A 30% cancellation fee may apply, as merchant processors charge non-refundable fees for order cancellations.
. Orders that have been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.

9. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Once your order is processed or shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed.
To avoid delays, please double-check your address details before confirming your order.
We also recommend using your residential address instead of a temporary or vacation address, as customs processing times may vary.
